diet cara iya style.hahahaha :))

2 hari xjengok blog.
rasa mcm kehilangan sesuatu.
haha.xleh blaaaa.

anyway...iya dah diet selama 22 days.
yes....progress ada.+ve progress.
Alhamdulillah.

on 7 Jan 2014 this is the record:

weight : 52kg
waist : 84cm
hip : 94cm
wrist : 14cm
forearm : 25.5cm
neck : 35.5  


on 21 Jan 2014 the record:

weight : 51kg (lost 1kg.haha.ciput mcm hape)
waist : 81cm (lost 3cm)
hip : 91cm (lost 3cm)
wrist : 14cm
forearm : 24cm (lost 1.5cm)
neck : 35.5  


so camno ni haaa?
bg kawan2 ok kaaaa?
bagi iya okay.hehehe.
sebab iya dah terasa dah peha n perot ni slim sket.
peha pon xde terasa berlaga2.
kain pon dh start terasa loose sket ;)

pastu nak story iya amalkan ape.
yes,of course ade cheat jugeeee.
but cheat dgn excuse yg logik.hahaha

so...iya diet:

Isnin and Khamis puasa.InshaaAllah.

NO white stuff - nasi,meehun,kuewteow,roti
but ini depends.sbb bile iya pegi umah MIL,iya makan je.xbaik aa lak kalo xmakan kannn.kena laa jaga hati.so ini cheat dibenarkan utk iya.hahaha)

Exercise at least 20mins everyday.So far okay.max iya penah wat aritu 30mins.but same juge...if iya stay umah MIL tak buat aa.hahaha

Target nak ilangkan another 5 to 6cm kat waist and peha pon lebih kurang....

after this nak kena try maintain kan jelaa exercise tu.
InshaaAllah next month nak start semula swim.hehe.

btw....iya tak sabar nak wait IUI Februari ni.
hope sangat tak clash date dgn pegi Terengganu and Langkawi nnt.
huhu.sbb pack sgt plak program bulan 2 nnt.
ke iya patut tunda lagi yer??

well...this TTC is not the only iya n hubby's hope.

then...lately ni iya kuat berangan.

this headache...

diet menyebabkan headache tak?
haha.tanda2 nak makan sume benda ni.

iya xlarat dh nak tgk keje opis (ngadap blog leh plak ko kan!!!)
iya sakit kepala sangat niii sbnrnyee.
stress?mungkin.
panadol? BIG NOOOO husband kata.tahan ktanye.

aaaaa.iya nk tido.
sakit badan mgadap computer je ni.
pls no more callers.
just nak tahan until 530pm.
hope boleh bertahan.

husband kata lak jap lagi balik umah MIL.
hope this headache will be fine soon.
since yesterday sudah bah mcm ini. -_-

dengari ayat2 Al-Quran.
Surah Al-A'raf ayat 171 (this keep repeated in my mind.my mom's advice.each time iya sakit kepala)

Digi CFC Contest - TTC ^______^

masalah suke masuk pertandingan.hahaha :D

this time Digi wat contest propose Apps yg kite rasa perlu kat Malaysia niii.

ehehe....iya selalu yerrr post pagi2.
tp arini bz sket.
so post petang.hahaha.

anyway...iya nk share arini apps pemakanan yg rs menarik :)

bukak je dah ade quote "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food" ~ ♥ IT!!!


iya suke apps ni comellllllllll sangat.
tapi cara nak key in makanan kite xberapa user friendly.
more pd lifestyle barat.leh tgk bawah niii:

 
haaaa....yg kiri tu atas dia...dia tjuk berapa byk pgambilan protein,carbs,fiber,fat kire dalam sehari tu.
semalam iya dpt 76 je.hahaha.
iya amik kire mane yg kena sikit2 iya mkn jeee.hehe.jadi laaaa :)

okay...yg kanan tu iya makan.siap ade gambo apple kena makan lg.hehehe. >___<

mcm semalam pagi iya sebenarnye makan quacker oat n meehun.
tapi xdok.hahaha.

knowing my body....oh my!!!

semalam iya duk searching what to do for my body.
duk cari laa makanan ape duk makan.
then...trigat,y not iya install apps diet kat hp je.
b4 ni penah gak install tp xpenah gune pon.pastu buang.haha.
hampeh! -_-

so....iya install these 4 apps.
which memberi kesan mendalam mula2.
sedih!

1st of all...
iya nak rekodkan kat sini my measurement.hoho.

this app is very detail.iya suke.wpon results tidak memberansangkan jiwa.hahaha :p

dia calculate 4 items ni : BMI,BMR,Body Fat and Waist to Hip Ratio



BMI result iya is normal, 21.93.thats y the main concern iya bukan berat.sbb iya tahu BMI mmg normal.Alhamdulillah.


BMR result iya xbagos.sbb iya calorie everyday kurang.suppose kena amik dalam 1560cal laa setiap ari.bile kurang mjadikan nk burn fat lagi susah.hmmmm -_-



result Body Fat % iya lak 26.27 which only acceptable.better than 1st apps tadi.but still....tak fit langsung kannn...huhu.so ini pon kena perbaiki.inshaaAllah :)



lastly,the WORST among all...result Waist to Hip Ratio iya 0.89 meaning high risk utk dapat sakit jantung.huhuhuhuhuhuhuhu.

gemok di bawah laa namenye niii.suami iya pon penah kata naik sume kat perot jeeee.huuuuuu.sedih.this one yg main concern iya niii.
tang perot and peha.mmg masalah besar!tu yg sume kain pon ketat tuuu.haihhhh~ -_-


tp itulahhh...apps ni sume secara rawak jelaa dia determine badan kite.bukan 100% betul pon.tp dari ape iya dapat mmg ade jugeee betul yer.mmg gemok kat waist to hip ponnn.hoho

okay...lagi 2 apps tu nnt iya share.sbb apps tu pasal pemakanan.

iya suke blogger ni.

lebih senior iya rasa.

iya sebenarnye kagum dgn cara yani exercise.
kagum gilerrrrrrrrrrrr hokay.hohoho.sila bangga ye kak yani ;)
sape rasa nak badan sihat sila lihat blog beliau.

iya xpenah jumpe dia.
tp nak kagum gak.hehe.

so based on kekaguman iya padanya.
iya cube jadikan sebagai role model (okay,sila bangga lagi ye)
hehehe.iya pon dah mula exercise skang.
gara-gara suami tegor xjaga pemakanan n kesihatan.
iya sedar pon sume tu.
ketat sane sini pakai baju.
kain baju kurung pon same.
sedihhhh...tapi still duk ngap ngap xtentu hala gak. -_-

the main concern iya bukan berat.
badan shape and fit badan ni sebenarnye.

maka nyeeeee dgn ini iya mula tanamkan angan-angan juge.
utk exercise berterusan.
sbb dah byk kali hangit2 ni.
sampai hangus terossss.hohohohoho.

iya xnak aim high.sbb selalu hangus jeee.haha.
so...... THE CHALLENGE WILL ENDS ON 7 MARCH 2014 (we'll see)

STARTING WEIGHT : 52KG (yup,its normal but the body not fit at all)

Doctor outstation :(

yelahhhh kan.
takkan nak mengadap muke patients je.hehe.
bersangka baik aje lahhh. -_-

baru jap tadi konon nak wat appointment dengan Dr. Hamizah.
dengan harapan leh segera wat IUI.
tapi punah semangatku ini.
hohohohoho.
doctor outstation plak kata nurse.
belum rezeki iya nak wat IUI niii.

terpaksa wait next cycle.
hope semangat juge masa tu.
risau down makin down je ni...

mengikut perkiraan rambang, 1st Feb baru boleh call semula.
oh cepatlah February.hihi :D
masih boleh cube bahagiakan diri ni.

hehehe.nampak x?nampak kot kann.
gabak dah BBT iya letak gambo ni.
byk kan lompong.
ni sume gara-gara mood swing.
no mood.hohoho.
tp yg menariknye nak tunjuk kat sini cycle day iya makin panjang.

ingat pregnant dah.haha :p
tapi Alhamdulillah.
this time CD iya at 28.
usually only 24 to 26 with average CD25.

iya hope sangat leh maintain at CD28.
anyway....baru arini peod.
mood pon xberapa okay.
dengan nk hadap perangai org bawahan iya yg asik wat hal je.
iya mmg xcakap lsg ngn dia arini.fed up.haha :p
biarlah iya bertenang dlu.

petang ni dh aim nk call LPPKN utk next appointment. :)

all this while iya keep on searching what iya must do to conceive.
ape cara yg ada.
ape leh makan.
kaedah ape.

but.....
iya terpkir.
if one day iya conceive (inshaaAllah one day)
then.....
ape iya perlu prevent that time?
on the early pregnancy i mean.
should i prevent running?haha.
what should i do first?

hmmmmmm.....
better search about this.
